1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and abcph ("abcph", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at abcph.best. By accessing or using any part of the abcph platform — including but not limited to registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or claiming any bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility

• You must not be using the platform in a professional capacity on behalf of any third party without prior written consent from abcph.

abcph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may only hold one active abcph account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different names, different phone numbers, or different devices — is a violation of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, abcph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering for abcph, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. abcph may require you to verify your identity and contact details at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abcph login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact abcph support immediately. abcph is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login details.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

abcph may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, SSS, UMID, or equivalent). abcph may also request proof of payment method ownership and proof of address.

4. Deposits & Payments

abcph accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (₱) only. The following payment methods are supported: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on abcph is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and other e-wallet services are typically credited to your abcph account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times. abcph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Source of Funds

By depositing funds on abcph, you confirm that the money you are depositing is legitimately yours and is not derived from any illegal activity. abcph reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large or unusual deposits as part of AML compliance procedures.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from abcph are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable, abcph may process the withdrawal to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the account holder.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount on abcph is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

5.2 Processing Times

• Platinum VIP and above: Same-day processing during business hours
• Gold and Silver VIP: Within one business day
• Standard accounts: Within one to two business days

Processing times are measured from the point at which abcph approves the withdrawal request, not from the time the request is submitted. abcph is not responsible for delays in receiving funds caused by your bank or e-wallet provider after the withdrawal has been dispatched.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification

abcph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to, identity verification, payment method ownership verification, and review of account activity. Withdrawals may be temporarily held during investigation without constituting a breach of these Terms.

5.4 Unverified Account Withdrawals

Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal limits applied. Full KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals above a specified threshold can be processed. abcph will inform you of the required documents via your registered email or in-platform notification.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

abcph regularly offers promotions, bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses on abcph unless otherwise specified:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your abcph account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g. 10x, 20x, 30x) and eligible games will be clearly stated for each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.

6.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on abcph contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute at a lower rate or not at all toward a bonus's wagering requirement. Each promotion page on abcph specifies the contribution rates applicable.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

abcph takes bonus integrity seriously. Actions considered bonus abuse include registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting or manipulating bonus mechanics, using automated betting software to meet wagering requirements, or any pattern of behaviour designed to derive profit from bonuses without genuine engagement with the platform. abcph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, in cases of suspected abuse.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only have one active bonus on their abcph account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details. Depositing while a bonus is active will not trigger additional bonuses until the existing one has been completed or forfeited.

7. Gameplay Rules

Specific game rules for each product offered on abcph are available within the respective game or product section of the platform. By participating in any game or betting market on abcph, you agree to the rules applicable to that game. The following general gameplay terms apply across all products:

7.1 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game, table, and betting market on abcph has minimum and maximum bet limits that are displayed before play begins. abcph reserves the right to change these limits at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection, technical malfunction, or server error during a game or bet, abcph will attempt to resolve the round using the system's last recorded state. If a fair resolution cannot be determined, the affected bet or round may be voided and the wager returned to your abcph account. abcph's decision in such matters is final.

7.3 Sports Betting – Void Rules

Bets on abcph's sports betting products may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed and not completed within a specified period, the event does not have enough participants to constitute a valid contest, or a market is suspended due to an error in the published odds. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to your abcph wallet.

7.4 Obvious Errors in Odds

abcph reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published as a result of an obvious error, system glitch, or human mistake, regardless of whether the bet was settled before the error was identified. Bets placed by players who clearly exploited such errors will be voided and the stakes returned.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on abcph. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering as a minor or misrepresenting your age
• Creating more than one abcph account
• Using another person's identity or payment method without authorisation
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker or other multiplayer games
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the abcph platform or its underlying systems
• Money laundering or using abcph to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain
• Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, or other forms of result manipulation
• Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions in jurisdictions where abcph is not licensed to operate
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing abcph staff or other players

9. Privacy & Data Protection

abcph collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account on abcph, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

abcph uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. Player financial information and personal details are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the platform's services (for example, sharing data with payment processors).

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by abcph, subject to applicable legal requirements. Contact the abcph support team to make such a request.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

abcph is not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or circumstances outside abcph's control
• Any claims arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws regarding online gaming in your jurisdiction
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take adequate security precautions

The abcph platform is provided "as is" and we make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software, though we take reasonable steps to maintain availability and security.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

abcph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected
• A player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity is identified or suspected
• The player has submitted false or misleading information during registration or verification
• abcph receives a valid self-exclusion request or exclusion order from a regulatory body
• abcph determines that keeping the account active poses a risk to the platform or to other players

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, abcph reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where the balance is found to be legitimately earned and not associated with prohibited activity, it will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own abcph account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

13. Disputes & Complaints

If you have a dispute or complaint about any aspect of your abcph account, a game result, a transaction, or any other matter, the process is as follows:

abcph's decision following a completed internal review is final with respect to all matters relating to game outcomes and account management decisions based on technical review data.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to abcph's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in abcph's operating jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the Philippines provide otherwise.
